Server Log Files

Appointment Booking (Cal.com)

We use a self-hosted instance of Cal.com for appointment booking. When you book an appointment, your data (name, email, selected time slot) is processed exclusively on our own server. No data is shared with third parties.

4. Web Analytics (Umami)

This website uses Umami, a privacy-friendly web analytics tool. Umami does not set cookies, does not store personal data, and does not create individual user profiles. Only anonymised, aggregated statistics are collected (e.g. page views, time on site). Identification of individual visitors is not possible. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in statistical analysis of website usage pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. External Services

Google Fonts

This website uses Google Fonts for uniform font display. When you access a page, your browser loads the required fonts from Google servers. Your IP address is transmitted to Google.

6. Email Collection in Online Tools

Our online diagnostic tools (Values Test, Transformation Game) offer the option to unlock detailed analysis results by providing your email address.

What Data Is Processed?

  • Email address
  • Source (which tool was used)
  • Language setting
  • Results summary (aggregated scores, not individual answers)

Your detailed test results are NOT transmitted. All psychometric data (individual answers, response times, individual profiles) remains exclusively on your device in your browser's local storage.

Processing and Transmission

The email address and results summary are transmitted to our own server, which sends a notification email via the service Migadu (Migadu GmbH, Switzerland). The data is not shared with third parties and is not used for automated marketing communication.

Purpose and Legal Basis

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you provide by activating the checkbox before submission. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

Retention and Deletion

Your email address is stored until you request deletion. For deletion requests, contact us at max@maxmandl.com.
